What instructions were given by President of Belarus to prepare for 2024 election campaign?

In February 2024, the first single day of voting will take place in Belarus. According to the updated Constitution, the parliament and local councils of deputies will have to be elected and the All-Belarusian People's Assembly in its new status will have to be formed.
