The President believes that CIS should in no way be terminated. The parties discussed preparation to the Council of the Heads of the States, which will be held in mid October in Minsk. This year Belarus performs the functions of the Chair of CIS instead of Ukraine. Alexander Lukashenko stressed that Belarus performs its obligations and is ready for the summit.
Sergey Lebedev also expressed his gratitude to the President for his readiness to hold a number of important forums on the territory of Belarus.
