Another item on the work schedule of the Head of State today is meeting with the Minister of Defence. Andrew Ravkov reported to the President on the progress of the modernization of the Belarusian army, as well as regular testing of missile and other systems that are created to protect the territory of Belarus.
Alexander Lukashenko demanded that the Defense Ministry paid attention to the development of army sport. The meeting also dealt with the staffing situation in the Armed Forces, in the light of their optimization.
