2 апреля 2015

During the years of the union agreements Belarus and Russia have made considerable progress in the political, economic and humanitarian spheres. This was stated by President Alexander Lukashenko at the meeting with the governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region. The Belarusian leader said that our economy is similar: our country, as well as Nizhny Novgorod Region has highly developed automotive industry and agriculture. However, last year's difficult economic situation has led to a decrease in mutual trade. As compared to 2013, it fell by 17 percent. According to Alexander Lukashenko, the primary goal is to provide positive dynamics of foreign trade.

Tomorrow, the Russian delegation will visit the company Stadler Minsk and also take part in the meeting of business cooperation between Belarus and Nizhny Novgorod Region.
