Alexander Lukashenko holds meeting with leaders of communist parties of Russia and Ukraine

President Alexander Lukashenko held a meeting with the leaders of the communist parties of Russia and Ukraine Gennady Zyuganov and Petr Symonenko. One of the topics of discussion was the situation in Ukraine. Addressing the participants of the meeting, Alexander Lukashenko noted that it is very important to hear an alternative point of view from Moscow and Kiev.


Leader of the communist party of Russia plans to visit the new Museum of the Great Patriotic War in Minsk. In this regard, Alexander Lukashenko noted that the museum is an important symbol and is primarily intended to help ensure that new generations will remember the Great Victory.


The President pointed out that our country suffered huge losses during the war. It should not be forgotten, for that reason the Museum of the Great Patriotic War is a symbol of preserving the historical truth.
