The harvesting campaign, development of regions, road repair and passenger transportation were discussed today by the President and Governor of the Minsk region Anatoly Isachenko.
First of all, Alexander Lukashenko was interested in the course of harvesting grain. As noted by the Head of State, a good harvest of corn is expected this year, and this will help to fill the shortage of bread.
The population of the Minsk region is almost 1.5 million people. And the main thing is to make everyone's life comfortable. Therefore, the main part of the meeting was devoted to the social and economic sphere of the region, in particular, to the development of passenger transportation. The task is to make sure that buses reach every village. In this regard, the repair of roads in the region is especially important. The Head of State instructed to work out the issue of the supply of road machinery in leasing, as it happens in agriculture and forestry. The development of Molodechno and Borisov was discussed separately.
