Alexander Lukashenko arrives in Kazakhstan to attend session of CSTO Council

The President of Belarus arrived in Kazakhstan on a working visit. An hour ago, the plane of the Belarusian leader landed in Astana.

Today, Alexander Lukashenko will take part in the session of the CSTO Council. According to the press service of the President, the CSTO heads of states will hold talks in narrow and expanded formats. The agenda includes discussion of the relevant issues of international and regional security, cooperation in the international arena, as well as issues of the CSTO activities, including personnel, organizational and financial aspects. Following the summit, a number of international documents will be signed.

The priorities also include a strategy to combat illegal migration until 2025. Following the meeting, more than two dozen decisions will be agreed and signed.
