Immediate return of Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant for stable operation with its transfer to the structure of the state-military industry. Gradual development of the Orsha District as the largest industrial and logistics center in the east of Belarus: such strategic tasks were set by the Head of State, as he was the promising investment site. As the Belarusian leader noted, the world aircraft park that can be served by Orsha plant is so impressive that, with proper development, the Belarusian plant retain and even expand its niche in the market.
