Second day of Giorgi Margvelashvili’s visit to Belarus

The official visit of the President of Georgia, Giorgi Margvelashvili to Belarus continues.

Alexander Lukashenko and Giorgi Margvelashvili met again at the Palace of Independence. Belarusian President warmly welcomed his Georgian counterpart in Winter Garden. The Heads of the States exchanged views on further development of bilateral relations.

Belarus and Georgia are interested in promoting cooperation and the economies of the countries complement each other. The turnover during the last year grew close to one hundred million dollars. This is a record for the last 5 years.

The Belarusian leader suggested paying special attention to new initiative.
