Vladimir Makei: Minsk ready to become platform for new multilateral negotiations

Minsk is ready to become a platform for holding new multilateral negotiations on building a more efficient world order. This opinion was voiced by the Foreign Minister of Belarus in the framework of the UN high-level discussion on security issues in Geneva. Vladimir Makei notes that the old system of power and the influence of a small group of the most powerful states are increasingly deteriorating, while the new system is still being shaped by the irreversible growth of the political and economic power of regional players and their unions.
