The flag of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus has been raised in Minsk. The ceremony took place on the site in front of the department. Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei, honored guests and service veterans, ministry employees and representatives of the diplomatic corps took part in it.
Official heraldic symbols of the Foreign Ministry - the flag, the emblem, the breastplate and the uniform - were established by decree of the President of Belarus in October 2018. This decision is aimed at increasing the prestige of the diplomatic service of our country.
