The format of the meeting in Minsk combines representatives of official authorities and experts. Therefore, we should expect a qualitative and substantive discussion.

The Munich Security Conference is the world's largest platform for discussing international security issues. Under the auspices of the conference, other events are held in different parts of the world. The previous ones were held in Washington, Moscow, Beijing, Doha, New Delhi, Vienna, Tehran, Addis Ababa.

Belarus accepts such a large-scale forum for the first time.
