Minsk delegated to the Upper Chamber the Chair of the Council of the Republic Mikhail Myasnikovich, the ambassador of Belarus to Japan Sergei Rakhmanov, the head of the trade union federation Alla Bodak, the principal of the Belarusian State Academy of Music Yelaterina Dulova, Minister of Labor and Social Welfare Marianna Shchetkina.
