International observers continue to follow the course of the single day of voting in Belarus. They note: everything is clear, in accordance with the law and as transparent as possible.

Independent experts from Poland and France emphasize the high level of organization and compliance with the standards of democratic elections.

Krzysztof Tolwinski, independent international observer (Poland):

“A big plus, excellent European, world standard of these elections. I wanted to say that if somewhere in the world, in the European Union or even in the Republic of Poland there is a voice that would question the legality, correctness and, frankly speaking, uniqueness of the style of elections held in the Republic of Belarus, we will unconditionally deny it. We cannot allow Belarus to be penalized by any sanctions because of the excellent democratic standards of the elections.”

Simon Vesperini, Independent International Observer (France):

“I have already been able to visit several polling stations. I am pleasantly surprised that so many people are working here, and what I personally like very much is the festive atmosphere. And in general, elections are a festive day for voters. I think the atmosphere is friendly and calm.”
