СIS mission: the election was competive, open and transparent

The corresponding statement was made by the Head of the CIS mission Sergey Lebedev. The CIS mission was the most representative. It included 475 observers, which allowed it to visit all districts of Belarus. The SOC also declared the election open and transparent. The vote was also monitored by the OSCE ODIHR and PACE.
