Minsk Dialogue is coming to an end. The experts dedicated several discussions to the economy and the prospects for mutual relations between the Eurasian Economic Union and the EU. However, the main theme of the forum is regional security issues.

Andrew Wilson, Senior Policy Fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations (UK):

"The big problem is that small countries also need the right to speak out, especially if they do not have any security structures, I mean in a global sense, but they are often not heard. At this forum, even the voices of small countries are heard. "

Minsk Dialogue gathered under one roof about 400 experts from 50 countries. Among them are OSCE Secretary General Thomas Grainger, NATO officials, specialists from leading research centers in Europe and the United States.
