The number and staffing of its army has already reached and in some positions surpassed the American one. At the same time, the PRC makes it clear that it is not interested in a global hot confrontation. For many decades, we have been told that the best tea is English, the best coffee is Italian, and the best chocolate is, of course, Swiss. However, neither tea, nor coffee, nor cocoa is grown in Europe. A similar situation is developing in light industry and with advanced technologies. For example, the countries of Asia, taking into account the scientific, technical and economic development of the region, have become a market that requires huge commodity volumes. China is successfully moving towards the status of the world's largest economy. This is expected to happen by 2028. The situation is being nervously observed by the White House. No one is going to give up their leading positions without a fight. To maintain dominance, the hawks of geopolitics are ready for anything.

Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus:

The redistribution of the world has begun, and now it is in full swing. Every strong person, as he considers himself, is trying to bite off a piece from a neighbor, somewhere else, in order to ensure the future and one’s influence. And of course, the United States is at the forefront, it probably doesn’t even need to bite; it has another problem. Maintaining its dominance.

An important feature and difference between the Chinese model of foreign policy and the American one is the promotion of fair and mutually beneficial relations. China is the initiator of the idea of the Community of Common Destiny for Mankind. This concept provides for the interweaving of interests and development of all mankind. It also describes a "new" approach to international relations. Belarus is also building a similar model, coming up with the Helsinki 2 initiative. As far as economic interaction is concerned, the stake in relations with China is placed on regional cooperation. About 20 agreements have been signed between the cities of our countries. Belarusian goods are gradually and systematically gaining the trust of Chinese consumers.

Yuri Senko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to China: 

The Chinese consumer is already quite familiar with the Belarusian product. Over the past few years, let's say 7-8 years since the launch of the Belt and Road initiative, the Belarusian exports grow by 20-30% every year. And today, if we take meat and dairy, agricultural products, we have 175% growth in production in just five months of this year. 

US attempts to restrain China had the opposite effect. While chaotically waving the baton of sanctions, the collective West did not notice how this tool of geopolitical pressure had lost its effectiveness. It is safe to say that today China is ready to completely replace the entire spectrum of industry for its partners.

Nikolai Vavilov, sinologist: 

China has a full range of production of its own machine tools, which compete with Western ones - somewhere they are worse, somewhere they are better. But there is no tragic difference between them. I repeat once again that China has its own workshop of the world, its own production site, it is not just a country that imports other people's machine tools and produces cheap goods on them - it is a country that is a leader in machine tool building and actively competes, according to some economists, with Western machine tools in general in this niche.

Belarus and China have found a symbiosis of knowledge and skills. A turn to Asia is not today's or even yesterday's decision. In fact, Alexander Lukashenko is one of the first leaders in the world who considered the potential of China and began to build mutually beneficial cooperation.
