The head of OSCE/ODIHR Jacque Faure studied the electoral process on the territories affected by Chernobyl disaster.
Nikolia Stosh, the Chair of Gomel Region Administration: "The observers will be staying at our precincts till the end of election. Besides, we expect 400 short-term observers."
