Belarus supports development of Eastern Partnership as tool for building confidence in region

This was announced today in Tallinn by Deputy Foreign Minister of our country Oleg Kravchenko at an informal meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the EU and the countries participating in the initiative. The diplomat also called for strengthening economic cooperation within the framework of the Eastern Partnership and implementing concrete projects aimed at improving the well-being of the population. Oleg Kravchenko called for a direct dialogue between the Eurasian Economic Union and the EU in order to eliminate the geopolitical confrontation and facilitate economic development on the European continent.
