Hundreds of experts and politicians from more than 30 countries have arrived in Minsk for the high-level international conference "Eurasian security: reality and prospects in a transforming world".
Diplomats note from the Belarusian rostrum that it was the NATO states led by Washington that provoked the most serious security crisis on the European continent.
But the geopolitical balance of forces is changing, and not in favor of the collective West. The European "voice of reason" is also advocating the restoration of civilized dialogue between East and West. Hungary is voicing the terms of peace, which in many respects are similar to the position of Minsk, which we are again conveying from high tribunes.
A huge pool of international experts is also speaking in Minsk these days. Many analysts are of the same opinion that security in the Eurasian region needs a serious restructuring - literally brick by brick.
In its turn, Belarus proposes to convene a summit to discuss the security architecture of the Eurasian space, as well as to develop a Diversity Charter for the 21st century.
