The priority areas of budget policy next year include the social sphere, improving the welfare of citizens by increasing wages, support for the national economy. Today the Council of the Republic approved the national budget - 2024.
In particular, the expenditures include funds for the payment of family capital - Br383 million, financing of housing construction with state support - Br1.7 billion.
Senators approved the bill on taxation issues
The bill on taxation was also approved by senators today. The changes will affect individual entrepreneurs. The income tax will be set at the rate of 13% on annual income over Br500 thousand. It's about such activities as wholesale, retail trade and trucking. A tax on luxury cars under three years old with a value of more than $100 thousand is also introduced. If earlier owners of transport paid 200 rubles a year, now the tax will be 2 thousand. Other types of taxes will also change for some categories.
Senators approved the bill on land reclamation
The senators also approved the bill on land reclamation. This is extremely necessary for villagers today. The main task is to involve in the turnover those lands, which should bring returns.

This bill significantly expands the concept of "cultural and technical works", i.e. these are lands that can be put into turnover with the least expenses. Previously they were not legislatively regulated. Now we are expanding this issue. This is an opportunity to get about 100 thousand hectares of land. And this is additional fodder, this is grain, this is livestock products, this is foreign currency, which comes into the country.
