The health passport was designed in the Scientific and Practical Center of Hygiene. The patient receives a complete guide to wellness and a health recovery plan in an hour. The study will help identify diseases that haven't manifested clinically yet.

The study begins with the analysis of the bio-impedance. It is based on measurements of electrical resistance of body parts.

Next is the diagnosis of the state of the vessels. Blood pressure on four limbs and on the toes is measured using electrodes. The stiffness of the vascular wall and the speed of blood flow are determined.

The 3rd stage follows the previous. 2 electrodes are placed on the wrists to take an electrocardiogram. The patient will be able to know the energy potential of his body, as well as the level of adaptation to external conditions, such as weather changes, also the level of vegetative regulation. The device will determine the psycho-emotional state, the most productive watches for a particular organism, and most importantly, it will identify the risks of diseases of the cardiovascular system.

Andrei Zelenko, Head of the Laboratory of the Scientific and Practical Center of Hygiene: “We can suspect various risk factors for the development of diseases when the disease itself has not yet manifested."

A health document costs about 47 rubles. After a 50-minute diagnosis one can receive a consultation from a specialist. One will get not only answers to all exciting questions but a nutrition plan, as well as recommendations on lifestyle.
