Belarus urges international community to reflect on what is happening to migrants

Today we will start the program with shocking facts of inhumane treatment of people who fled the war and came to ask for help. Lithuanian officials, with the tacit approval of the European Union, put aside all possible legal acts and adopted the methods of the Third Reich.  The unwanted people there are being hunted with dogs and killed. Physical and psychological violence against refugees is officially allowed.  On August 3, Lithuanian border guards received such powers, i.e. they can treat migrants literally like cattle. An Iraqi citizen, who was beaten to death by them, after crossing the border from Lithuania, died in the arms of a Belarusian border guard. He literally crawled his last way from free and democratic Lithuania to dictatorial Belarus. His survival instinct told him that Belarus was his only chance to get help. The injuries were incompatible with life.

It was impossible to save the man, beaten by the Lithuanians, who had come for happiness from the ruined Iraq. Today, the Foreign Ministry of Belarus held a briefing for foreign diplomats. They were told how the Lithuanian side treats refugees.

Here is another group of migrants discovered nearby. They were lucky to escape the hospitality of tolerant Lithuanian border guards and service dogs.  They have suspected fractures and bullet wounds. At least they are alive. But the fact is that in Lithuania, people fleeing the war were shot. Shot in the back. And these people teach us democracy, teach us not to use violence and fight for human rights. These are families from the Middle East - children, women, beaten with Lithuanian batons. How humane is this attitude to refugees, to people?

When the migrants began to be killed, we can conclude that the proposal to arrange a concentration camp for refugees in democratic Lithuania is not someone's inflamed delirium. This misanthropy is a Lithuanian reality and, apparently, the European idea of democracy and human rights.

Lithuania participated in the defeat of Iraq and sent its military there. Now the boomerang has returned in the form of refugees from there. However, this is clearly only the beginning. Lithuania, apparently, has to expect the splash of terrorism. Today the Lithuanian state bodies have received the message that the terror against the Muslims will be followed by the revenge.

The EU promotes tolerance towards refugees, but Lithuania is being so blatantly hypocritical, or it shows the real face of European democracy with a flavor of Nazism.

In Belarus, simultaneously with the assistance given to the migrants, who fled from the democratic Lithuanians to the bloody dictator Lukashenko, there were rallies against European methods of treatment of people, rallies against arbitrariness and violence.
