The Investigative Committee completed the investigation of the criminal case on the deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm on a security officer. According to the investigation, in the afternoon of October 18 last year, unauthorized mass events took place on Partizansky Prospekt in Minsk. During the arrest, a 32-year-old man beat the security officer. According to the examination, the policeman received grievous bodily harm.
Ekaterina Garlinskaya, the official representative of the Investigative Committee of Belarus in Minsk: "Investigators questioned the accused, the victim and witnesses. Also, the files of the accused was attached, according to which he was prosecuted for illegal traffic in prohibited substances to administrative responsibility. The man's actions are qualified under part 2 of article 147 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus."
