An attempt by external forces to encourage people to act disruptively is a political technology. In Belarus, it has failed. But attempts to involve any forces iare still being made. This was discussed in a talk show  "Clear Policy Plus".  As one of its participants, Prosecutor General of Belarus Andrei Shved, noted, a strike is a conflict between an employer and an employee, and obtaining knowledge is another area. Arrest is already the basis for the dismissal of a student.

Andrei Shved, Prosecutor General of Belarus: "Teachers are insulted. They disrupt classes, etc. We immediately respond. You must understand that if you are subject to administrative liability in the form of arrest, this is a ground for your dismissal. You have to understand this. The law is the same for everyone".

The Prosecutor General also said that 657 criminal cases have already been initiated for crimes related to protest activity.
