Yuri Senko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to China, explained the purpose of the new model of strategic partnership between Belarus and China: "Last September in Samarkand was a very important historical moment for us when President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Grigorievich Lukashenko together with the President of the People's Republic of China made a decision to raise our relations to the level of an all-weather partnership".
He emphasized that only Pakistan currently has such a level of relations with China: "The Republic of Belarus is the second country that has come to such a level of relations, and we are very proud of such bilateral trust in the relations that have developed between our countries. This has given a serious impetus in all spheres."
