Exactly 100 years ago, the state security bodies were established in this country. A year later, military counterintelligence was formed. By the decision of the Belarusian leadership, 20 December was marked as Day of the employee of the state security bodies.
President Alexander Lukashenko congratulated the leadership, personnel, and veterans of the state security bodies on their professional holiday. Today, when war can be both informational and economic and no city is safe from terrorist attacks, the work of KGB officers is becoming increasingly important.
