Catholics all over world celebrating Christmas

Solemn Christmas services began yesterday night, with masses held all over the world. In Belarus alone, vigils took place at 600 parishes of 4 episcopal districts. The centre of celebrations in Minsk was the Saint Virgin Mary Cathedral, where a Christmas mass was conducted by Archbishop Tadeusz Kondrusiewicz, Metropolitan of Minsk and Mogilev. The service was broadcast live on the Belarus 1 TV channel.
