Unified history textbooks will appear in the Union State. This was stated by Russian Ambassador to Belarus Boris Gryzlov, reports the agency "Minsk-Novosti".
New textbooks will appear both in schools and higher educational institutions.
The diplomat notes that such a decision will resolve the issue of discrepancies associated with the understanding of some events in the history of the Russian Empire and the USSR. Now these moments will be considered from a single point of view.
