National graduation ball in Minsk’s Independence Palace to be attended by President

By Ilona Krasutskaya: A large-scale national graduation ball will take place in Minsk’s Palace of Independence in just a few hours, bringing together about 300 graduates. President Alexander Lukashenko will personally present the graduates and teaching staff with appreciation certificates.
