About 15 000 people vaccinated against coronavirus

Vulnerable groups of the population, doctors, teachers, social workers are undergoing vaccination. It is one of the preventive measures for COVID-19. It does not exempt us from previously established rules: mask mode, distancing and careful hand treatment.

Ekaterina Khomchenko, Head of the Epidemiological Department of Minsk Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology: "Every week, the specialists of the sanitary and epidemiological service conduct an assessment of at least 500 sites. Unfortunately, violations are revealed, including non-observance of the mask regime at public catering facilities during passenger transportations, violations of non-observance of disinfection measures are also revealed. Over the past week, 14 officials were involved for non-compliance with sanitary and epidemiological measures to prevent coronavirus infection."

It was possible to prevent infection of forecasted 65% of the population, thanks to the introduction of the mask regime and the observance of other preventive measures in Minsk.
