Natural disasters hit some regions of Belarus, orange level of danger announced for today

The elements hit some regions of Belarus. In Grodno, car owners were trapped in the water. There was poor visibility on the highway because of heavy rain. In some places, pedestrians had to walk knee-deep in water. In addition, the roof of a shopping mall failed and leaked. The weather forecasters  declared an orange level of danger for today as well.
