All military airfields involved in second stage of joint flight and tactical exercises of Belarusian and Russian Armed Forces

The security of the Union State continues to be strengthened. Flight crews of Belarus and Russia carry out combat training tasks in the framework of the second stage of the joint flight and tactical exercises. All airfields and ranges of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of our country are involved for this purpose. And the day before from the airfield of Baranovichi the air crews carried out fighter aviation cover of important state and military objects. All tasks were successfully fulfilled by flight crews.

The maneuvers began on January 16 and will last until the end of the month. The purpose is to practice the coordinated actions of aviation units of the two countries' armed forces, which are part of a component of the regional grouping of troops.
