Fruitful cooperation and high level of trust. A solemn ceremony of official stamping of the postal envelope with a stamp on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Belarus and Syria was held in Minsk. Throughout the whole period, the Belarusian-Syrian interaction has been developing on the basis of friendship and trust. High-level visits have been exchanged, the embassies in Minsk and Damascus are successfully functioning, an intergovernmental commission has been set up. Cooperation has been established in trade, education, culture and sports.

We have a great willingness to further develop cooperation between our countries in various spheres. I would like to take this opportunity to express the great gratitude on behalf of the Syrian state to the Belarusian state, the leadership of the Republic of Belarus for the support, as well as for the humanitarian aid that Belarus regularly provides to our country. By the way, Syria has recently received another batch of humanitarian aid - it was baby food mixes. I would also like to note the noble initiative of the Head of State of the Republic of Belarus to receive Syrian children for recuperation. As of today, almost 1,500 of our children have already had a health improvement program in Belarus.
The circulation of the commemorative postal envelope issued for the anniversary date is 20 thousand copies.
