Future layout of Minsk

An updated general plan of Minsk was presented this week. Architects suggest developing the capital as a city in the city. At the same time the construction in each of the nine districts of Minsk will be conducted in a balanced and comprehensive manner. The private sector is planned to be eliminated. The historical part will remain in its current form.
