The airbus of Uzbek Airlines, which flew from Tashkent to Minsk, had to be towed to the parking lot. All passengers were brought to the terminal building. Around noon today, because of heavy snowfall and snowstorm, the plane, after a successful landing, rolled off the runway. There were 115 passengers on board. There were no injuries. The plane was not damaged.
Changes to the flight schedule
Due to the accident and bad weather, which did not allow the landing in airports of Belarus, Belavia redirected flights "St. Petersburg - Minsk" and two takeoffs from Moscow to the alternate airfield in St. Petersburg. A few more flights at the National Airport were delayed. Now the airport is operating in a regular mode.
