Belarusian Radio turns 95

On November 15, the residents of the capital, as well as Vitebsk, Polotsk and even Smolensk heard the legendary "Attention. Minsk is speaking".

The first broadcasts lasted only 30 minutes. Today the broadcasting is round the clock. And Belarusian Radio has become a global media resource - 12 radio stations: 4 national, 7 regional and 1 international radio stations. Now you can listen to broadcasts and streaming in social networks, in YouTube and on Telegram channels.

For 95 years the Belarusian radio has gained authority and become a brand with unique features of each of its radio stations.

Anton Vasyukevich, Chief Director of the Main Directorate of the First National Channel of Belarusian Radio:

"We thoroughly check every message, every news, every information spoken from the radio air. And everyone who tune in to our programs, to our wave, is confident that yes, indeed, this is true".

"We tell about the life of our country In 9 languages. We have more broadcasting in English, French, German, because we know that we are more listened to there. We are planning to develop the Chinese segment".
