The opening of "Listapad" will take place in the House of Cinema for the first time. The renewed oldest cinema will host the solemn ceremony of the international festival this Friday. The forum will be hosted by the "Slavianski Bazaar" and Belteleradiocompany celebrity Alena Spiridovich. There are more than 500 guests. Their Friday evening will start with a defile on the red carpet. The atmosphere of the 20s of the 20th century will surround the moviegoers.

“We will have the Presidential Orchestra for the first time at the opening of the film festival, in full. The chief conductor Vitaly Kulbakov supported our idea. The whole action will be built as a classical ceremony. Also, with the help of Vitaly Kulbakov, the conductor will start our film festival with his magic glowing wand. It will all be tied up as in a prologue. It can be a choreographic production, also connected with video content, where we will show the main epochs of the film festival development.”
The winner of the special award of the President of Belarus "For Humanism and Spirituality in Cinema" will be announced during the festival.
