Filling life with festival colors even before the official opening of the forum is a long-standing tradition.
Festival services work in tandem to ensure that each day of the forum gave visitors only bright emotions. Exhibition and theater programs have already started. Flags of the participating countries are developing on flagpoles at the Summer Amphitheater. There are more than 30 of them. A choreographic battle has already taken place on the stage of the concert hall "Vitebsk. Participants of the international dance project "Dream Dance Fest" performed here.
A little less than an hour remains before the drawing of lots for the international children's music contest "Vitebsk-2023. Our country is represented by Sofia Rustamova. Tomorrow is the first competition day.
