The Foreign Ministers took part in the opening of the photo exhibition for the 100th anniversary of Latvia in the National Library. The exposition is based on the database of the Latvian National Library. Photos were chosen using online voting. By the centenary anniversary, the National Encyclopedia of Latvia was published. A copy was presented to Belarusian colleagues. In 2004, both libraries signed a cooperation agreement. Today, the funds of the two countries keep rare editions in the Belarusian and Latvian languages.
