Minsk traffic police monitors violators of traffic rules

28 car enthusiasts drove while intoxicated. This is the statistics of the metropolitan traffic police. These days the traffic police are holding Sober Driver campaign. Traffic police patrols have strengthened control over especially dangerous areas: near shopping and entertainment centers, parking lots, narrow streets with little traffic. 

Since the beginning of the year, 4 accidents involving drunk drivers have been recorded in the capital. The traffic police reminds that for such a violation of the rules, one can get a serious fine and lose a driver's license.
