Yesterday Latvia announced its intention to strengthen the frontier between the two countries. At the same time, the initiators assure that it does not affect friendly international relations. Now the Belarusian and European partners cooperate in the framework of the TAIEX.
A joint workshop of border guards is held in Minsk today. Among the participants are representatives of Lithuania, Latvia, Finland and Coordination Service of the Council of Commanders of Border Troops of the CIS countries.
TAIEX program was launched in Belarus in 2009. Within its framework 40 training events have already been held.
