The Head of State invited WHO to assess the situation by demonstrating its policy of openness. By the order of the President, the invitation was handled by the Chairman of the Council of the Republic, Natalia Kochanova. The assistance and full openness were fully demonstrated by Belarus. This was also emphasized by the WHO representatives during the exchange of views in the upper house of parliament.
