Signal troops were tested for combat readiness yesterday. During the maneuvers, the military deployed the data transmission systems of mobile control centers. These complexes provide contact between the units and formations of Belarus’ Armed Forces. The divisions also involved new information complexes.
The West 2017 exercise will be held in Belarus at six proving grounds — Lepel, Borisov, Losvido, Osipovichi, Ruzhany and Domanovo, as well as near the village of Dretun.
