The Faculty of History of the main university of the country received such a gift on the occasion of its 80th anniversary. Leading historians of Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Germany and China congratulated the History Faculty on the anniversary. At the meeting, researchers discussed current issues of education in the 21st century, as well as the shared experience of teaching history in different countries.

Sergey Karpov, Dean of the History Faculty of Moscow State University: We work together to preserve the overall educational environment, which is extremely important, because when we talk about Bologna process, we must understand that there are things more valuable than that. It is the preservation of fundamental education, those classic traditions which have always been characteristic of our country.

The main project of Belarusian and Russian scientists at the moment is the history of the Union State. According to experts, this work will create a strong foundation for ideological unity of the two countries.
