First Constitution of sovereign Belarus adopted on March 15, 1994

15 March is an important day for the history of our country. In 1994, the first Constitution of sovereign Belarus, the main and basic law, was adopted. A document guaranteeing the freedom of citizens and their rights to life, work and education is the basis of the entire legislative system of the country.
