4th competitive programming championship held at Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics

The winners are students from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. BSUIR's team took the third place. In total, the qualifying round featured about 230 teams from Belarus, Latvia and Lithuania, Russia and Ukraine, with only 48 reaching the final. Within five hours, programmers were to complete eleven tasks in English. The winners will participate in the upcoming world championship in programming.
