You can see the great Dali today. For the first time in Eastern Europe, an exhibition of more than 100 originals of the surrealist is presented. Eternal hours in bronze, diamonds and rubies, angels and "Woman on fire". The insured value of the collection is more than 20 million euros. Sculptures and graphics were delivered to Minsk fr om the Swiss collection of the Dali Universe. The genius personally signed a contract with the company and its owner Italian art dealer Beniamino Levi. By the way, he will personally open the exhibition in the museum.
Beniamino Levi, owner of a collection of works by Salvador Dali: “In 1958 I opened an art gallery in Milan, wh ere there was an exhibition of surrealists, and I went to Paris to get a painting by Salvador Dali. So we met. He was a very erudite, intelligent man with an amazing sense of humor. We talked a lot. For 10 minutes, he could change the subject of conversation several times. He made hundreds of illustrations on the masterpieces of world literature. And for this you had to read it all. I thought a lot after our communication, and it helped me to penetrate into the world of Dali”.
Dali’s monumental sculptures will stay on the streets of Minsk until the end of the II European Games.
