The international theatre festival Belaya Vezha (White Tower), which has launched in Brest, is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the CIS. The event will feature over 1,500 guests and theatres from 16 countries, including Romania, Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Czech Republic, France and the United Kingdom.
In addition to classical works, the programme includes a phantasmagoria, a rock opera, a musical, a gothic thriller, a school quest, street and choreographic performances.
A total of 26 performances of different genres will be presented at five theatrical venues throughout the week.
