Belteleradiocompany holds draw for finalists of Junior Eurovision 2017 National selections

Belteleradiocompany has held a draw for the finalists of the National selections for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2017. This year, there are 10 contestants – 8 soloists, 1 quartet, and 1 duet. The participants draw their lots in an alphabetical order. Especially for the ceremony, the organizers made the lots in the form of a circle with the logo of this year’s Eurovision.

As a result of the draw, the contestants will go on stage in the following order:

1. Helena Meraai (Minsk);

2. Anastasia Timofeyevich (Brest);

3. Ruslana Panchishina (Minsk);

4. Elina Mataras (Minsk);

5. Yaroslav Sokolikov (Minsk);

6. Stefania Sokolova (Minsk);

7. Arina Pekhtereva and Anastasia Dmitrachkova (a duet, Mogilev);

8. Maxim Tsuprikov, Angelina Lomako, Stefania Kruglaya and Stefania Sokolova (a quartet of the National Center for Children’s Creativity named after V. Mulyavin, Minsk);

9. Maria Zhilina (Minsk);

10. Anastasia Zhabko (Minsk).

It is in this sequence that the vocalists will perform at the final show, which will be held on 25 August. The National Selections will be broadcast by TV channels Belarus 1 and Belarus 24.

Belteleradiocompany's crew will start shooting promo videos in the first week of August. The video will precede the performance of the finalists at the Gala Concert. The participants have already seen the design of the stage – a grand setting with giant screens set in the 600 Metres Studio.
